2.3.2.1 Showing songs by entering song number

  1. Select songbook from Songbook Combo Box.
  2. Enter song number in Song Number Box.
  3. Verify that correct song is selected in the the Song Table.
  4. Verify song in the preview list.
  5. Click on the "Go Live" Button.

2.3.2.2 Showing songs by using filtering

  1. Select songbook from Songbook Combo Box (Optional).
  2. Select song category from Category Combo Box (Optional).
  3. Enter filter text in the Filter Text Box.
    • Filter text can be either song number or part of the title.
  4. Select Filter type from Filter Type Combo Box.
    • If filtering by numbers, it is recommended to use "Exact Match" filter.
    • If filtering by text, use either "Contains" or "Begins" filter.
  5. Select needed song from Song Table with filtered results.
  6. Verity the song in the Preview List
  7. Click on the "Go Live" Button.

2.3.2.3 Showing songs by songs from search

  1. Select songbook from Songbook Combo Box (Optional).
  2. Select song category from Category Combo Box (Optional).
  3. Enter search text in the Search Text Box.
    • NOTE: Until "Search" Button is pressed, search text box will be displayed as filter text box.
  4. Select search type from Search Type Combo Box.
    • NOTE: If you are not in the search mode already, you will need to click "Search" Button prior you will be able to select search type.
  5. Click on the "Search" Button.
  6. Select needed song from Song Table with filtered results.
  7. Verity the song in the Preview List
  8. Click on the "Go Live" Button.
  9. When done searching, click on the "e;Clear Results" Button to get back to normal mode form search mode.

NOTE: Double clicking on a song from Song Table will add selected song to schedule. Aslo double clicking on a stanza from Song Preview list, will start showing selected song from selected stanza.
